Data Deletion Policy

In the web or mobile app, you can delete your data as well as account by navigating to the Profile page. Click on the relevant buttons to delete your data or to delete the whole account.

Send an email to support@pose.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." In the email, please include your name, email address, and any other information that will help us identify your account.

For security reasons, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We will contact you if additional information is required.

Upon verification, we will process your request within 7 days and notify you once your data has been deleted.

In certain situations, we may retain some of your personal data if necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. In such cases, we will ensure that your data is only used for these purposes.
