Before you upload a selfie to an AI photo app, five questions in its privacy policy matter: is your data used to train AI, how long is it kept, how do you delete it, is biometric data sold, and which laws apply.
Below are those five questions with Pose AI's answers taken from its own policy, plus a note on verifying any other app.
Read how Pose AI handles your data in plain language.
- Training: Pose AI's privacy policy states that it does not use your personal data to train AI models or create other AI products, and does not sell biometric data.
- Retention: until you delete, delete your account, or a retention schedule applies (see FAQ).
- Deletion: delete your account in the app and associated data is removed from our systems.
- Laws named: CCPA, CPRA, GDPR, UK GDPR and PIPEDA.
- Always read the live policy; apps change terms.
